PEGGI KROLL ROBERTS
FOR WORKSHOPS WITH CAROLE GRAY-WEIHMAN, ALFREDO TOFANELLI, PEGGI KROLL ROBERTS, RAY ROBERTS & EDGAR HARIS, YOUR DEPOSIT IS GOOD FOR A LIFETIME. A student's workshop deposit offers the student forced to delay their workshop to retain their initial deposit for use at a later date at no extra charge—and with no questions asked. Our deposit policy allows you to save your initial deposit (one per person, per confirmed workshop or lecture or any other event given by the instructors listed above) for an unlimited time. It's our commitment to do the right thing by our students. We want to ensure that you can still reserve another course if your plans have to change.
A GIFT FROM PLEIN AIR LIAISON™! We also realize that your preferences can change over time, so if you've already registered for a workshop and you've changed your mind, your deposit can also be used on any future Plein Air Liaison™ event and is not limited to the specific event of your original registration. Use your deposit to select that special event that suits your interests—maybe you’ll choose to go on a plein air wine-tasting tour with us in the Napa Valley, attend a lecture, a workshop or museum hop around France or Italy—no matter the preferred class, workshop or adventure, we are sure to have something that suits your fancy!
Under our policy, our deposits are also transferable. That means you can transfer your initial deposit to another creative individual of your choice at no additional charge—is there any better way to give the gift of a creative workshop?
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT: You will be issued one *Lifetime Deposit per cancelled workshop and per person confirmed with the workshop, to the value of the deposit made on that workshop.
Lifetime Deposits may not apply for workshops that have been closed due to max enrollment nor events cancelled by low enrollment or force majeure. If an event has been closed and you cancel within 30 days, your Lifetime Deposit cannot be used on another PAL atelier™ workshop or Plein Air Liaison™ event and is non refundable unless you find someone to replace your attendance. In events that have been cancelled by the instructors listed above, you'll receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Lifetime Deposits cannot be combined and are limited to one per event booked per person.
If the value of the Lifetime Deposit exceeds the total value of the per person price of the new event, there will be no credit or refund of the difference.
The value of the Lifetime Deposit is limited to the amount of the original deposit, such that if the deposit requirements of the new event being reserved are higher than this amount, then the difference must be paid in order to confirm the reservation.
Private PAL atelier™ events, Plein Air Liaison™ Groups & Customized Plein Air Adventure Tours may be exempt from Lifetime Deposits.
You can only use your Lifetime Deposit once. If you cancel a second time, having used your Lifetime Deposit to confirm your 2nd event, your original Lifetime Deposit cannot be redeemed.
Lifetime Deposits, nor any portion of them, are not refundable in cash - but you can use your Lifetime Deposit to confirm your next event reservation with us with no cash down, with the exception of where the required deposit on the new event exceeds the value of the original deposit.
When you're ready to reserve another workshop with us simply use your Lifetime Deposit to confirm your event.
*Applies to the “deposit” value of your payment only. See our terms and conditions for “deposit” amounts. All other permit and final payment amounts subject to our most recent terms and conditions. Not redeemable with any other offer, discount or promotion.
Transfer of deposit as a gift valid on new registrations only.
